Your information stays private. Sarah never sells or shares your business's or your callers' information with other businesses or advertisers. It's used only to answer your calls.

What we collect

Your business details that you enter in the form or tell Sarah on a setup call (name, hours, services, prices, instructions, common questions).
Your contact and billing info: email, phone, and your subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Calls to your Sarah number: caller phone number, what the caller says, and call length, so Sarah can answer, take messages and send you summaries.

How it's used

Only to run your Sarah line: answer your callers, take messages and bookings, send you summaries and account emails (like your trial reminder), and bill your plan. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Kept separate for each business

Each business has its own Sarah number and its own private profile. When a call comes in, Sarah loads only the details of the business that owns the number that was called. One business's details and callers are never given to another business's Sarah. Your profile can only be opened with your private link.

Service providers we use

We use these companies only to process data on our behalf to run the service, not to market to you:

Retell AI: phone numbers, call handling and the voice AI that runs Sarah (including the AI model it uses).
Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
Cloudflare: website hosting and storage of your business profile.
Resend: sending account emails.

When we might share more

Only if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Your choices

You can edit your business details anytime with your private link. To close your account or ask us to delete your data, email [email protected].
