Free trial terms

Free for 7 days (up to 30 minutes of calls), then $3/month + 19¢ per minute of calls.

Card at signup. You enter a card through Stripe's secure checkout. It is not charged during the 7-day trial.
30-minute trial call cap. Your free trial includes up to 30 minutes of calls. After that during the trial, Sarah takes messages only. You are still not charged for messages or remaining trial days.
Reminder. We email you before the trial ends, with a link to cancel in one click.
Cancel anytime. Use the "Cancel / manage plan" link on our site footer or in any email from us. No charge until day 8 if you cancel in time — if you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
After the trial. Unless you cancel, your plan begins on day 8: $3/month base, plus $0.19 for each minute Sarah spends on your calls, billed monthly to the card on file. Each invoice shows minutes used.
No hidden fees. No setup fee, no contract, no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; minutes already used in a paid month are billed on that month's invoice.
One trial per business.
